After 21 years at the top of international windsurfing, including attending five Olympic Games and winning Olympic medals in three of them, Barbara Kendall knows more than most about overcoming obstacles and achieving your dream.
“At an early age I realized that your attitude and emotions were the key success factors. Physical ability was usually similar, so whoever had their emotional intelligence firing would win”.
Barbara is now passionate about helping others achieve their potential by improving their self-awareness and self-management. She teaches the ability to ‘let go’ of the safety rail that holds many people back in their career, sport, health and relationships.
Let Go participants are led through Barbara’s philosophies and techniques she has used over 21 years to become one of the most successful female Olympic athletes.
With her energy, enthusiasm and sense of fun, Barbara’s presentations and workshops are guaranteed to be as enjoyable as they are effective to helping you fulfill your potential.
